I fished your email out of the spam folder (again) and applied this (manually
since it wasn't attached in a way I could git am), but push is going:

Not sure what's up. (I'm guessing "microsoft"?)

seems like it worked eventually? github's showing that commit at about
the same time you sent this mail...
The commit was in my tree, the push happened over lunch. The man in the middle
attack went away? The microsoft intern converting github to windows reverted
their change? No idea.
